The Party Wagon, aka the Turtle Van comes with a fold back roof with spoiler which has a lock to hold in the hinged spring loaded side door, the hinge and lock tab are both often broken. The bottom half of the door folds down releasing the two bombs and a turtle sits in a little seat in the now open side door intended to be held in with a rubber band. The front visor tilts up exposing the front windows, the tabs for this do break, it has a radar dish and satellite that attach to the center. On the side the mirrors clip into small holes and aerials mount on top of them which can be turned sideways as lasers. The bombs were also used in the 1988 Turtle Blimp.
